Studio Etiquette

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class starts, if new to the studio we suggest arriving 15 minutes early.
  • Attire: Wear workout attire. Personal hygiene should be maintained for the comfort of all participants.
  • Phones: We encourage all riders to place their phones on silent or vibrate mode and keep them out of sight during class. Your ride is your time to focus on yourself and your workout, free from distractions.
  • Cycling Shoes Required: For your safety, cycling shoes designed for SPD cleats for the best experience and safety during class, rentals are available.
  • Children are not permitted in the studio.
  • Age Requirement: The minimum age requirement for group classes is 14 years of age. Clients between ages 14-15 must be accompanied by an adult. For clients 16-18, legal guardian may consent for minor to attend without adult present.

Class Reservations and Cancellations

  • Booking: Classes can be booked online through our website or app. Reservations are required to ensure a spot in the class. All classes must be prepaid.
  • Class Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time. Unlimited monthly auto renewal clients are subject to $11 late cancelation fee and are processed at the time of cancellation. Clients on a 4 or 8 class auto renewal will forfeit their class.
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a reserved class without prior cancellation will result in a no-show fee or loss of class. Clients on an unlimited membership are subject to a $15 “no show” fee, processed 24 hours after class. Client on a 4 or 8 class auto renewal will forfeit their class.
  • Late Arrivals: All clients arriving more than 5 minutes late to class will not be permitted to join for safety and focus reasons.
  • Waitlist: If class is full, you may place yourself on the waitlist. If a bike becomes available you will receive a text and have one hour to confirm by selecting “1”. The waitlist is active up until the start of class.

Payment and Membership

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and digital payment options. All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway.
  • Memberships: Membership plans are available and provide various benefits. Please refer to our membership options for details regarding auto renewal or class packages.
  • Refunds: All membership and class package purchases are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
  • Auto Renew Packages: Our auto renewal packages renew monthly from your chosen start date. Classes do not “roll over” and must be used within the billing cycle.
  • Class Packages: Class packages can be purchased in 5, 10 or 22. These classes expire 60-120 days from purchase date with no extension on expiration date. Single classes are available for purchase.
  • Membership Cancellation: All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to your corresponding studio. Request must be emailed 14-days prior to your next renewal, no exceptions.
  • Membership Changes: Upgrades, downgrades or changes to you existing membership should be submitted via email 14 days prior to your billing date.
  • Membership Hold: We do allow membership holds for 1, 2 or 3 months (per calendar year) for $15 monthly fee, no mid-month holds. Request are submitted via email 14 days prior to auto renewal date.
  • Class packs and memberships cannot be shared.

Class Requirements

  • Health Considerations: Consult with your healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program. Inform the instructor of any injuries or health conditions prior to class.
  • Equipment: Please clean and return all equipment to its designated place after use.

Instructor Policies

  • Instructor Absence: Instructors may occasionally be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. We will provide a substitute instructor or offer a class credit if necessary.
  • Instructor Feedback: We welcome feedback about your experience with our instructors. Please share any comments or concerns with our management team.

Studio Behavior

  • Respect and Conduct: Treat fellow clients and staff with respect. Disruptive behavior or harassment will not be tolerated.
  • Personal Belongings: Personal belongings should be stored in designated areas. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Health and Safety

  • Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions of studio staff.
  • Illness Policy: If you are feeling unwell or displaying symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending class to ensure the health and safety of others.

Photography and Media

Consent: Photography and video recording are not allowed in the studio unless explicit consent is given by all participants. Studio events or classes may be photographed for promotional purposes, and your image may be used in marketing materials unless you opt-out.

Liability Waiver

Agreement: All clients must sign a liability waiver before participating in any classes or using studio facilities. This waiver acknowledges understanding of the risks involved in physical exercise and releases the studio from liability.
